【性状】 本品为无色澄清液体。
【药理作用】 三唑类广谱抗真菌药。本品通过高度选择性地抑制真菌细胞色素P450甾醇C-14-α-脱甲基作用，使真菌内的14-α-甲基甾醇堆积，从而抑制真菌的繁殖和生长。体外试验表明，本品对犬小孢子菌、石膏样小孢子菌、须癣毛癣菌有抑菌活性。
【适应证】 用于治疗犬由犬小孢子菌、石膏样小孢子菌、须癣毛癣菌等真菌引起的轻、中度皮肤癣菌病。
【用法与用量】 以氟康唑计。外用：将本品涂于犬皮肤患处及其周围，3.0mg/cm2（约相当于本品3滴/cm2），一日3次，连用28日。用药前请清洁患处。
【不良反应】 本品耐受性好，局部应用未发现不良反应。
【注意事项】
1.本品为外用药，不得内服。
2.症状消失后，应持续用药至28日。
3.注意保持卫生，避免周围环境中残存的真菌引起癣菌病复发。
4.有严重且顽固的皮肤癣菌病或多次复发的患犬建议就医，采取口服、外用及药浴三种方式结合的治疗方案。
5.皮肤癣菌病对人类具有传染性，建议用药时佩戴手套并遮盖手臂。
6.将本品置于儿童无法触及处。

[Veterinary Medicinal Product Name] Fluconazole Liniment
[Active Substance] Fluconazole
[Pharmaceutical Form] The product is a colorless clear liquid.
[Pharmacological properties]
A triazole broad-spectrum antifungal agent. It exerts antifungal effect by highly selective inhibition of fungal cytochrome P450-dependent sterol C-14-α-demethylation, leading to the accumulation of 14-α-methyl sterols within the fungal cell, thereby inhibiting fungal reproduction and growth. In vitro studies indicate that this product has inhibitory activity against Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
[Indications] For the topical treatment of mild to moderate dermatophytosis in dogs caused by susceptible fungi, including Microsporum canis, Microsporum gypseum, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
[Dosage and Administration]
Dosage based on Fluconazole content. Topical use only: Apply the liniment to the affected areas and surrounding skin of the dog, at 3.0mg/cm² (approximately 3 drops/cm²), three times daily, for 28 consecutive days. Clean the affected area before each application.
[Adverse Reactions]
The product is well tolerated. No adverse reactions have been observed following topical application.
[Special Warnings and Precautions for Use]
1. This product is for external use only and must not be ingested.
2. Continue the medication for the full 28 days even after symptoms disappear.
3. Maintain hygiene to prevent recurrence of dermatophytosis caused by residual fungi in the environment.
4. Dogs with severe, refractory dermatophytosis or experiencing multiple recurrences should seek veterinary care for a combined treatment regimen involving oral medication, topical application, and medicated baths.
5. Dermatophytosis is zoonotic (transmissible to humans). It is recommended to wear gloves and cover arms when applying the product.
